Effect of an appeal – In principle, an appeal has a suspensive effect (Art. 51(1) VRP). The term suspensive effect denotes the fact that the legal consequence prescribed by the ruling does not become effective until the conclusion of the appeal procedure.

पुनरावेदनको प्रभाव – सिद्धान्ततः, पुनरावेदनको निलम्बक प्रभाव हुन्छ (धारा 51(1) VRP)। निलम्बक प्रभाव शब्दले आदेशद्वारा निर्धारित कानुनी परिणाम पुनरावेदन प्रक्रिया सकिएसम्म प्रभावकारी नहुँदो भन्ने तथ्य जनाउँछ।
